Salt Lake City
A federal grand jury in the District of Idaho returned an indictment last week charging Miran Kostic, of Boise, Idaho, a national of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with lying while attempting to obtain U.S. citizenship. Press release
On the Big Screen
Salt Lake City – “The Idaho Murders: College Nightmare” was released today on Netflix, examining the murders of four college students in Moscow, Idaho in 2022. The three-part series focuses primarily on the lives and stories of the four victims, and features interviews with investigators and victims’ family members, previously unreleased footage, and analysis of forensic evidence. Former SSRA Jacobson (SU) was interviewed for the series.
Honolulu – 911: Did the Killer Call? Season 2, Episode 3 titled “The First Suspect” aired on July 29th on Investigation Discovery (ID) and streamed the following day on HBO Max. This episode featured the investigation into the 2014 murder of Catherine Walker in her Honolulu home. SA Pent (WFO) and SA Waterfield (SU) were interviewed.
